Dancefeel Dance Shoes cannot be returned but may be exchanged.  All Dance Shoe exchanges will incur a $50 re-stocking fee and all shipping is at customer's expense. 

Exchanges of shoes will only be accepted if shoes are unworn and undamaged and carefully re-wrapped for shipping.  I suggest to try your shoes on a carpeted clean floor.
