Georgette is one of the most commonly used polyester fabrics in the dance world.  It epitomises the Ballroom look as it is so often used for Ballroom skirts and floats.

Luxury georgette (1144), or more technically known as "Cationic Georgette" is slightly heavier and therefore superior in quality to regular georgette allowing for a brighter and more intense colour. 

More specifically, the brightest of the colours within the fluorescent spectrum such as the scarlet, flame red and turquoise can only be produced in the luxury version of georgette.

Luxury Georgette is commonly used for skirts and floats and is perfect for pleating.
